The 2024 Paris Olympics have officially become a memorable milestone in global sports history with record ticket sales.

According to the announcement from the Paris 2024 Olympic Organizing Committee, a total of 9.56 million tickets were sold for the Olympics - a record high in the history of the games, while the Paralympics also reached 2.58 million ticket sales - the second highest in the history of this arena.

This means that around 95% of the tickets available for the Paris 2024 Games have been sold out – for both the Olympics and Paralympics. These impressive figures reflect the resounding success of the French-hosted Games.

Speaking at a press conference held in Saint-Denis, a suburb of Paris, Mr. Tony Estanguet - President of the Paris 2024 Olympic Organizing Committee confidently affirmed that this congress was successful in all aspects.

According to him, the notable highlight of this year's Olympics is that for the first time the opening ceremony was not held in a stadium - something that has never happened in the history of the Summer Olympics.

In addition, this important event also went smoothly thanks to the effective deployment of a large number of security forces.

The triathlon was also very well organized, although the schedule had to be adjusted due to the poor water quality of the Seine.

The success of the Paris 2024 Olympics is not only a testament to the careful preparation and tireless efforts of the organizing committee, but also opens a promising new chapter for major sporting events in the future.

The Paris 2024 Olympics have cemented their place as a successful and memorable Games in the hearts of fans around the world .
