In the South, the Northeast wind operates at level 2-3 with the lowest temperature from 21-24 degrees Celsius, in the East, some places are below 21 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature is from 31-34 degrees Celsius.

In Ho Chi Minh City alone, the lowest temperature was 22 degrees Celsius and the highest was 33 degrees Celsius. In addition, the UV index (ultraviolet rays) in districts reached very high to extreme levels, causing very high damage to the skin (from nearly 9am to nearly 3pm, sometimes reaching 11), the highest recorded in many months.

However, the temperature increases, the UV index is especially high in some places, people should pay attention to cover up carefully when going out to protect their skin.

Low-lying coastal areas, riverside areas, and areas outside the dike system in the Southeast region are likely to be flooded during the evening and night.
