According to the report of Hai Duong Department of Finance, the total state budget revenue in the area in the first 6 months of this year is estimated at over 19,500 billion VND, equal to 71% of the annual estimate, up 35% over the same period last year, exceeding 18% of the growth scenario target for 2025 (the 6-month scenario is 16,510 billion VND).
Of which, domestic revenue is estimated at 17,313 billion VND, equal to 73% of the annual estimate, up 38% over the same period last year (land use fee revenue alone is estimated at 5,813 billion VND , equal to 70% of the annual estimate, up 73% over the same period last year).
Revenue from import-export activities is estimated at VND 2,205 billion, equal to 57% of the estimate, up 16% over the same period.
Many revenue sources achieved high growth, such as revenue from foreign-invested enterprises; revenue from non-state economic sectors; personal income tax, etc.
During the same period, total state budget expenditure in the area was estimated at 12,740 billion VND, equal to 51% of the annual estimate, more than double the same period last year.
According to the Department of Finance, the state budget revenue in the area is high and exceeds the scenario plan because the province has implemented many practical solutions to support businesses in building brands and product quality according to international standards. Departments and branches regularly grasp and advise the province to remove obstacles in the process of attracting investment, implementing construction investment, investing in production and business development.
