Strengthen propaganda and guidance on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief skills for people and facilities at high risk of fire and explosion in the area, especially during the upcoming Lunar New Year 2024.

Hanoi Chairman requests investigation and clarification of responsibilities

Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh assigned the Director of the City Police to preside over and coordinate with the Chairman of the Hoan Kiem District People's Committee and relevant units to focus on overcoming the consequences and urgently investigate the cause of the fire. At the same time, clarify the responsibilities of organizations and individuals and handle them according to legal regulations (if any).
