At the conference, Comrade Lam Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, informed the delegates of the contents of Instruction No. 08-HD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on some contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo and Plan No. 320-KH/TU dated July 10, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; thoroughly grasp the contents of Plan No. 348-KH/TU dated October 30, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on reviewing, evaluating and classifying collectives and individuals under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Party organizations and Party members in 2024. The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board also thoroughly grasped the contents and new points of the Party's election regulations according to Decision No. 190-QD/TW dated October 10, 2024 of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Comrade Ho Si Son, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, authorized by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, thoroughly grasped the contents of Regulation No. 189-QD/TW dated October 8, 2024 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the management and use of public finance and assets and Conclusion No. 93-KL/TW dated August 26, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to innovate decentralization of management and allocation of the state budget to ensure the leading role of the central budget and the initiative of local budgets, relevant agencies and units.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the conclusions and regulations of the Central Committee and the plans, instructions and regulations of the Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, delegates are required to fully and systematically grasp the spirit of the conclusions, regulations, plans and instructions that have been thoroughly understood; at the same time, to organize the dissemination, propaganda and implementation in a specific, practical and effective manner associated with the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.
