Hanoi - Vientiane 2024 Tourism and Trade Promotion Cooperation Conference.
The Hanoi - Vientiane 2024 Tourism and Trade Promotion Cooperation Conference and the Hanoi City Tourism and Trade Promotion Space are among the activities to concretize the cooperation program between the two cities, promote economic development, and respond to the Lao National Tourism Year.
The conference is scheduled to take place on March 12 in Vientiane city, with the participation of Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi Dinh Tien Dung and the Hanoi city delegation, many Vietnamese and Lao enterprises...
At the conference, it is expected that there will be a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in tourism promotion and advertising; training and guidance on handicrafts; trade activities and business connections between the two countries. The two sides will survey a number of tourist destinations where products can be developed, tours and routes linked between the two localities.
The space for promoting tourism and trade will include exhibitions of images, models of tourist destinations and craft villages; displays of tourism products, craft village products... of Hanoi and Vientiane.
In this space, Hanoi will display Bat Trang ceramics, bronze statues, bronze carvings, wooden and rattan products, lacquer products, jewelry, etc.
