Accordingly, implementing the decision of the Minister of National Defense, the Political Officer School organized a meeting with Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Nhu Tuan, Lecturer of the Faculty of Culture - Foreign Languages, who is on duty at the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission. On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Political Officer School, Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hung Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal congratulated Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Nhu Tuan for successfully passing the training and examination, being selected by the United Nations to perform the task of Military Observer Officer in the Republic of South Sudan; emphasizing that this is not only an honor for the individual, family, and hometown, but also a common joy for the whole School, an important milestone to demonstrate a new development step in the work of fostering and training cadres, contributing to the successful implementation of foreign affairs tasks and international cooperation on defense and security in the new situation; affirming that the school's young officers have the ability to integrate and successfully participate in international peacekeeping missions in a multilateral, multinational environment.
Next, the school organized the 2023 Young Officers Dialogue for young officers to exchange and express their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and suggestions; at the same time, advise and propose to leaders and commanders at all levels policies and measures to lead, direct, promote the role, build the force of young cadres and officers in the School, gradually meet the requirements of standardizing the team, directly contribute to improving the quality of education and training, scientific research, and build a comprehensively strong School "Exemplary, typical".
During the seminar, the School awarded certificates of merit to 23 outstanding young officers for their excellent performance in the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years and presented gifts to 4 young officers in difficult circumstances.
