The whole province has completed the elimination of 3,252 temporary and dilapidated houses.

Implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, as of June 24, the whole province has started construction and repair of 5,573 houses, reaching a rate of 76.41%; of which 3,252 houses have been completed.

There are 2 districts that have eliminated temporary and dilapidated houses at over 90%, including Cu Kuin district (96.30%) and Krong Pac (96.13%); 2 districts have achieved over 80%, including Krong Ana (87.41%) and Ea H'leo (84.84%); 7 districts have achieved over 70%; 3 districts have achieved over 60% and Buon Ma Thuot city has achieved 36%.

According to statistics, the total need for support in building and repairing houses in the province that meet current regulations is 7,294 units.

Of the 5,573 houses that have started construction and repair, housing support for people with revolutionary contributions is 128/176; houses under the National Target Program under Decision No. 90/QD-TTg include 729/854; houses under the National Target Program under Decision No. 1719/QD-TTg include 567/877; houses under the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households are 4,149/5,387.

Currently, localities in the province are focusing resources, promoting inspection, supervision and supporting construction and repair so that people can soon have solid housing and stabilize their lives.
