Summary of organizing a golf tournament to support the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund in 2023

On October 14, at NARA Binh Tien in Cong Hai commune (Thuan Bac), the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a summary of the Golf Tournament to support the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund in 2023. Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Tournament Organizing Committee chaired the meeting.

According to the Organizing Committee's report, the 2023 Golf Tournament to support the "For the Poor" Fund attracted more than 160 golfers to actively participate in exciting and dramatic competitions. This tournament is part of a series of activities in the Peak Month for the Poor in 2023; chaired and coordinated by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the first time with the motto "Sharing love, connecting resources; For the poor - leaving no one behind".

At the closing ceremony, all members shared the same opinion that the 2023 Provincial Golf Tournament to Support the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund is not only a playground for golfers to meet, exchange, exercise, connect, and cooperate, but also an opportunity for golfers, businesses, and entrepreneurs to turn to the community, share love, and connect resources to care for and support the poor. At the same time, it is an opportunity to promote the image, people, potential, and development advantages of Ninh Thuan and the sport of golf in the province to domestic and foreign friends...

Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the meeting.

Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee mobilized businesses, organizations and individuals inside and outside the province to support money, goods and register to support the provincial "For the Poor" Fund with an amount of 2.8 billion VND.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the members of the Organizing Committee who actively mobilized businesses and philanthropists to support the poor, which had a profound humanitarian meaning and was highly supported by public opinion. At the same time, he emphasized that this tournament was well-prepared with competition facilities and attentive service for golfers, so the tournament took place smoothly, safely and professionally. In the coming time, he hoped that the Provincial Party Committee would continue to organize a golf tournament to support the "For the Poor" Fund to become an annual tournament of the province. Thereby, mobilizing more resources to care for and support the poor and developing golf associated with attracting a large number of tourists to the province. At the same time, it is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee commend and encourage a number of agencies, units and individuals with outstanding achievements in advising, coordinating and serving the organization of the Golf Tournament to support the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund in 2023 to be a great success.
