Within the framework of the contest, there are also many activities such as: visiting and promoting Bau Truc pottery village, Cham village in Ninh Thuan ; eyebrow sculpting contest called "Male King's Lines"; picking up trash and protecting the environment in Vinh Hy Bay; awarding scholarships to students in difficult circumstances... Mr. Chu Tan Van, Chairman of the contest, said: "This is not only a beauty contest for men but also a tourism promotion event, bringing the image of Vietnam rich in cultural identity, friendly people and unique natural landscapes to international friends".

The contestant representing Vietnam is Hung Nguyen (born in 1998, from Hai Duong ; model, 1.88 m tall, 75 kg) who was present with the organizing committee to welcome the male kings as a contestant from the host country. Hung Nguyen said: "This is an opportunity for me to contribute to promoting the image of the country, people, culture and beauty of Vietnam to international friends."
