At the Conference, Mr. Le Van Thin, Member of the Executive Committee, Chief of Office of VNREA announced Decision No. 86/2023/QD-VNREA-BTV, dated November 23, 2023 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Real Estate Association on the appointment of journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Member of the Editorial Board, Director of the Strategic Project Block of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (concurrently holding the position of Permanent Deputy Director of the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute) to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes.vn) from November 23, 2023. The term of appointment is 5 years.

On behalf of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, Permanent Vice President of VNREA, former Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, Ministry of Construction, presented the Decision and congratulated journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong on being appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine.
Speaking at the Conference, Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Chairman of VNREA affirmed that the Standing Committee and the Executive Board of the Association highly appreciate the capacity and working experience of journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong. The Chairman of VNREA hopes that, with the qualifications, experience accumulated and challenged through many working positions and enthusiasm, youthfulness, the new Deputy Editor-in-Chief will continue to strongly promote the sense of responsibility and creativity to successfully complete the assigned tasks; actively contributing to the growth and development of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine in particular and the Association in general.
Speaking at the ceremony, journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong respectfully thanked the President of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Real Estate Association for entrusting him with the new position and for the consent and approval of the leaders of the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Information and Communications .
“Taking on the new assignment, I will properly perform my responsibilities and powers according to the Press Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Real Estate Association and the Regulations on organization and operation of the Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine; continue to promote my capacity, improve my knowledge and make every effort to successfully complete the assigned tasks, especially focusing on the key issues that have been oriented by Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Chairman of VNREA and journalist Pham Nguyen Toan, Vice Chairman of VNREA, Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine” , journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong said in his acceptance speech.

Speaking at the ceremony, journalist Pham Nguyen Toan, Vice President of VNREA, Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine, congratulated journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong and asked him to proactively organize and effectively implement the assigned tasks in his new position.
Journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong (pen name Nguyen Quan), 29 years old, has a Master's degree in Political Science and a Senior degree in Political Theory. Before being appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine, journalist Nguyen Thanh Cong held the following positions: General Secretary of Vietnam Real Estate Association, General Secretary of the Editorial Board, Member of the Editorial Board, Executive Director of Content Block, Director of Strategic Project Block, Chairman of the Agency's Trade Union (2016-2022) of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine; at the same time, he is currently holding the position of Permanent Deputy Director of the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES), Head of Communications Department of Vietnam Real Estate Association.
