Party member Hoang Xuan Tu was born in 1934, hometown is Kim Hoa commune, Huong Son district. Comrade Hoang Xuan Tu joined the Party on November 10, 1954, official date is October 20, 1955. Currently, Mr. Tu is active in the Kim Son village Party cell, Kim Hoa commune.
Party member Uong To Vien was born in 1933, hometown is Kim Hoa commune, Huong Son district. Comrade Uong To Vien joined the Party on October 26, 1955, official date is November 5, 1956. Currently, Mr. Vien is active in the Party cell of Trung Hoa village, Kim Hoa commune.
