In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Service Commission and the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee coordinated to advise the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee to issue many documents to lead and direct public service work in the new situation. The coordination content closely followed the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees. The coordination work of propagating and mobilizing people to participate in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on public service work of the government, and implementing the grassroots democracy regulations became increasingly effective. The Provincial Party Committee's Service Commission and the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee have linked the implementation of public service work with the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the government, national target programs, administrative reform, public reception and handling of complaints and denunciations, etc., achieving many important results, contributing to the good implementation of public service work of the entire political system.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the implementation status, achieved results and proposing and recommending tasks and solutions to effectively organize the implementation of the Coordination Program between the Provincial Party Committee's Service Board and the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee on service work in 2024 in accordance with the local situation, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, firmly consolidating people's trust in the Party and the State.
On this occasion, the conference also discussed and agreed to supplement and adjust a number of contents of the Coordination Program between the Provincial Party Committee's Service Committee and the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee on service work, period 2021-2026.
