On June 28, at the Department of Culture and Sports , the Organizing Committee of the Contest held a conference to deploy the organization of the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" contest in 2024.
Delegates attending the conference listened to and contributed ideas to the Plan for organizing the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" contest in 2024. Focusing on the following contents: Information, propaganda, and promotion of the contest; logistics; training for contestants... with the hope that the contest will take place most smoothly for the contestants, ensuring that the contest is truly impressive and complete.
Accordingly, the competition will take place from July 2024 to August 2024. The competition will go through 3 rounds: Preliminary, preliminary and final.
The preliminary round is expected to take place from July 20 to July 21, 2024. The preliminary round is expected to take place from August 3 to August 4, 2024. The final round is expected to take place from August 16 to August 31, 2024.
Contestants must go through competitions such as: traditional ao dai, swimsuit, optional costume and behavioral competition. The jury will select the 25 best contestants to enter the final round of the Contest.
For the Behavioral round, the judges will select the 5 best faces out of 25 contestants to participate in this round.
The contest will have the following titles: Miss Hoa Lu; Miss Hoa Lu second; Miss Hoa Lu third. In addition, there will be other titles such as: Miss Talent; Miss with the most lovely face; Miss with the best behavior; Miss wearing the most beautiful Ao Dai; Miss wearing the most beautiful costume of her own choice; Miss wearing the most beautiful swimsuit; Miss Friendly; Miss Photogenic. Those who win the official titles of the contest will be nominated to participate in the Miss Vietnam contest.
The 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest in 2024 is held to honor and enhance the beauty of body, soul, talent and intelligence of young women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh . Through the Contest, it aims to arouse compassion and love for the homeland and country, especially for the young generation; preserve and promote the traditional values of women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization.
The contest is also an opportunity to promote and honor the image of Ninh Binh land and people, contributing to the propaganda and promotion of famous relics and landscapes of the province, especially Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - World Cultural and Natural Heritage to a large number of people and tourists inside and outside the province.
