In the previous episode, the 28 beautiful ladies of the show entered "Phase 2: Combat Support" with many changes. In this phase, the two alliances Thu Phuong and My Linh will disband. The beautiful ladies will form new groups together to enter the 3rd performance.
Accordingly, there will be 5 teams corresponding to 5 team leader positions established. The team leaders will be given flower rings (member recruitment tokens) to recruit 21 free members. These 5 teams can go together until the end of the program.

In episode 8 of Sister Dep Dap Gio 2024 , all members will enter the 3rd performance with the theme "Wonderland - Magical Land". The message of this name is to close your eyes and let your imagination fly anywhere. Feel the happiness and hope filled with the desire to recharge the energy of faith and move forward.
Before this message, Thu Phuong excitedly said: "The magical land has also opened. Today, the 5 team leaders will take all of you to explore this wonderful journey!"
At the third performance, there will be 8 songs performed including Pho Hoa, Mua thang 6, Mua Dong, Vi yeu cu dam dau, Chuyen cua mua dong, Cau duyen, Di ve nha and a new composition that has not been revealed.

Similar to previous rounds, the audience will vote right after each performance. The audience will vote for 26 beauties except My Linh and Thu Phuong. Each audience member will vote for their 3 favorites, which is called the individual Hoa Wave score. The beauties in each team with the lowest individual score will face the risk of being eliminated.
Previously, after the second performance, Thu Ngoc and Hanh Sino were the first two to leave because they had the lowest individual flower wave scores.
Thu Ngoc also anticipated this result, not because she was not capable but because she had stopped working for a long time so her recognition would not be equal to the other beautiful ladies.
