On the morning of July 20, Working Group No. 7 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee led by Comrade Phung Tien Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, had a working session on the implementation of political tasks after the merger in Quan Ba commune.

At the meeting, the Party Committee of Quan Ba commune reported an overview of the leadership, direction, organization and implementation of tasks in the locality. Quan Ba commune was established from the arrangement of administrative boundaries of 2 communes and 1 town including Quyet Tien commune, Quan Ba commune, Tam Son town. The new Quan Ba commune has an area of 102.87 km2, with 19 ethnic groups living together, the commune has 30 villages, and the average income in 2025 is estimated at 40.8 million VND. The Party Committee has 58 subordinate Party cells with 1,682 Party members.

After the merger, the Party Committee of Quan Ba commune focused on leading and directing the synchronous implementation of solutions in the work of Party building and the political system, socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security. In particular, after the merger, the operation of the administrative apparatus was carried out smoothly by Quan Ba commune, ensuring that work was not delayed or interrupted; The commune's public administrative service center was arranged with modern facilities and equipment, the reception, settlement and return of administrative procedure results were carried out in accordance with regulations, creating a change in the effective and efficient operation of the new government. The work of preventing and combating natural disasters and epidemics was carried out resolutely. The program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses continued to be promoted, completing 113/121 houses.

Besides the advantages, after the merger, Quan Ba commune still faces some difficulties due to its large area, limited awareness of the people, high multidimensional poverty rate, and lack of civil servants with expertise in digital transformation and information technology.

Through the actual inspection and work, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Phung Tien Quan acknowledged and commended the efforts of the collective leadership, cadres and civil servants of Quan Ba commune in quickly stabilizing the work after the administrative apparatus reorganization. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he requested that the local Party committees and authorities continue to complete the assignment and arrangement of cadres in accordance with professional tasks; continue to consolidate and perfect the organization and apparatus of the political system to ensure effective operation; conduct a review and complete the regulations and rules on the organization and operation of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations. Strengthen propaganda work to help people understand the regulations, locations and new working methods of the administrative apparatus after the reorganization. In particular, promote the comprehensive leadership role of grassroots Party committees in the new period; Focus on preparing well and successfully organizing the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring strictness, on schedule, and in accordance with regulations; promote the effectiveness of the Commune Public Administration Service Center.
