From November 4 to 10, lecturers from THACO College participated in the 2024 National Vocational Education Teachers' Conference in Quang Ninh. This is a large-scale event in the field of vocational training, gathering 462 teachers from 266 vocational education institutions (VET) nationwide. The conference covers a total of 116 majors and occupations, many of which have a large demand for human resources, in line with current socio-economic development requirements.
Mr. Nguyen Hung - Faculty of Automotive Technology and Mr. Trinh Hung Thinh - Faculty of Mechatronics, THACO College are 2 of 8 excellent teachers from vocational training institutions in Quang Nam province who were honored to give lectures.
At the lecture, Mr. Nguyen Hung and Mr. Hung Thinh brought the topics of "Checking and repairing turn signal and hazard warning systems" and "Installing the control circuit of the winch for lifting and lowering loads". Incorporating into the lecture content, the teachers applied visual aids such as videos , simulation software, free hosting platforms and websites, building practical models, digitizing learning materials, helping students access training content more easily and effectively.
As a result, both teachers won the Encouragement Prize. Mr. Hung Thinh shared: “This is a great opportunity for me to learn and exchange with teachers across the country. Although the results are not high, this achievement is the motivation for me to continue to improve my professional skills and pedagogical skills, thereby improving the training quality of the school”.
Through this event, the teachers demonstrated the professionalism and capacity of the THACO College teaching staff in applying new teaching methods and digital transformation in vocational education. Participating in the Teaching Conference also demonstrated the school's determination in standardizing the quality of lecturers, contributing to improving the effectiveness of vocational training in the province, thereby meeting the practical requirements of businesses and developing human resources in the Central region.
