Applicants must submit: high school diploma; transcript and diploma of vocational high school, college or university with transcript, birth certificate, two 2x3 photos and admission form.

The minimum requirement for application and admission is a total score of 15 points or more: including a combination of three subjects and priority points. For Nursing, the minimum combined score for application and admission is 19.5; grade 12 academic performance is good.
For candidates who have graduated from secondary school, college, university, the school considers admission based on the average score of the entire course, minimum 5.0 or higher.
