On June 16, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law held a graduation ceremony, awarding doctoral degrees in law to 12 graduate students, and master's degrees in law to 178 students.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Truong Son, Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, said: “To achieve the results we have today, to be named and to be in the honorable position to receive a doctoral and master's degree with the brand name of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, we have gone through a training period with many difficulties and challenges, along with a lot of determination and effort from the school, teachers, especially the students”.
The leaders of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law hope that the new PhDs and Masters will always promote the spirit of self-study and learning to achieve many achievements in work, use the knowledge equipped from the school to serve agencies and units, contribute to society and the cause of building and developing the country.
The master's program of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law has 37 courses, with about 5,570 students admitted and enrolled. The number of students graduating and receiving master's degrees is up to more than 3,800 students.

For the doctoral training program, up to now, it is estimated that 204 doctoral students have been admitted and enrolled. As a result, the number of doctoral students recognized and awarded a doctorate in law is 81.
In 2024, the enrollment target of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law is 500 masters and 50 doctors. Notably, from 2024, this unit will begin enrolling students for doctoral training in International Law and masters in International Law specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
