The 2025 National U21 Finals will take place from July 19 to 31 at three stadiums: Ba Ria, Long Tam and Tan Hung (HCMC). 12 participating teams will be divided into 3 groups, playing a round robin to select the strongest teams to enter the quarterfinals.
