The form of the flower garden shows novelty in design, construction, and application of lighting effects to create harmony with the overall landscape space of the Provincial Museum complex. In particular, the "Wine Tower" miniatures need to create highlights; breathe life into the mascots more vividly, and at the same time, research and supplement beautiful and suitable decorative designs in the bridge area leading to the lake as well as on both sides of the Provincial Museum.
