The meeting approved the decision to establish the Organizing Committee, draft plans for organizing the tournament and announced the assignment of tasks to members. Accordingly, the tournament is organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province with the aim of mobilizing resources to support the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund in 2023; promoting propaganda and mobilizing organizations, individuals, businesses, and philanthropists to actively respond to the emulation movement "For the poor - no one is left behind", joining hands with authorities at all levels to support and care for the poor; at the same time, promoting the movement of the whole people to practice sports , developing the movement of practicing and competing in Golf throughout the province. The tournament is expected to take place on September 30, 2023 at Na Ra Binh Tien Golf Course, Binh Tien village, Cong Hai commune (Thuan Bac), with the number of participating athletes of 100-150 people.
Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the meeting.
Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Organizing Committee to ensure the preparation and organization of the tournament is thorough, economical, practical and effective. Mobilizing a large number of athletes, organizations, businesses, and philanthropists to participate in the competition, and actively contributing and supporting the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund. The press agencies are interested in developing a propaganda plan about the purpose and meaning of the tournament... thereby contributing to helping and promptly encouraging the poor to strive to escape poverty sustainably and build a better life.
