On August 29, in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, Viettel-Vietnam High Technology Industry Corporation (Viettel High Tech) signed a contract to supply a Shooting Training Simulation System with ContactPoint, Inc. (Philippines) to equip the Philippine National Police. This is Viettel 's second contract in just half a year in this market, with a total value of nearly 2 million USD. The event marks an important turning point for Viettel on its path to conquering the high-tech sector in the Philippines. Since March 2024, Viettel has signed the first contract with a commitment to deploy shooting simulation systems specifically designed to suit the characteristics of the Philippine National Police. At the event, Viettel also handed over to its partner ContactPoint and representatives of the Philippine National Police. This system, whose core technology is mastered by Viettel with high customization capabilities, has been supplemented with more than 90% new features according to the customer's training requirements. In particular, Viettel has developed a recoil device in the simulation system, supporting specific guns such as Glock, Taurus and M16 Rifle, developing a new shooting training software module... to help improve the quality of training and combat preparation. The CEO of ContactPoint, a leading technology company in the Philippines specializing in providing solutions and equipment for government agencies and private customers, Mr. Cesar J. Manuel Jr. said that the company has searched many places, but no partner in the world can customize products according to the exact needs like Viettel. Moreover, Viettel's prices are extremely competitive compared to other suppliers. This has created a significant competitive advantage for Viettel in the international market.

The success of the shooting training simulation system is a testament to Viettel's technological capabilities, built after many years of research and development. Evaluating Viettel High Tech's shooting simulation system, Mr. Radel Ramos, Director of Training of the Philippine National Police, commented that Viettel not only provides advanced technological solutions but also helps the Philippine police force improve its training capacity significantly, in accordance with the practical conditions of the country. The choice of Viettel High Tech's system is due to its ability to customize products, efficiency of use and especially reasonable price compared to many other product suppliers. With the advantage of completely mastering core technology, Viettel not only integrates advanced features but also optimizes the system according to the specific needs of customers, something that international competitors can hardly do. Viettel's simulation system has undergone a rigorous testing process, ensuring high durability and effective use in all conditions./.
