In the afternoon session, the market's growth continued to slow down as selling pressure remained quite large. At the end of the session, VN-Index stopped at 1,286.36 points, up 4.51 points (0.35%); VN30-Index "increased" 8.61 points (0.64%), reaching 1,360.58 points.

Liquidity continued to increase, reaching nearly 18,500 billion VND. Foreign investors were net buyers. This group bought more than 2,155 billion VND and sold nearly 1,650 billion VND.
FPT shares performed outstandingly with a price increase of 4.65%, contributing the most to the VN-Index with more than 2.3 points. This stock code also achieved the second highest liquidity in the market with nearly 1,400 billion VND changed hands.
Besides, MSN stock also performed positively when contributing more than 1 point to the VN-Index and was the stock with the best liquidity in the market (nearly 1,600 billion VND).
MSN and FPT were strongly bought by foreign investors with net purchases of over VND366 billion and over VND311 billion, respectively. Today, the industry groups with increasing points dominated. Of which, software; household and personal appliances; food, beverages and tobacco; insurance; and telecommunications increased by over 1%.
Going against the market are 8 industry groups, including real estate and financial services.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the total transfer value reached nearly VND950 billion. At the end of the session, the HNX-Index stopped at 231.29 points, down 0.48 points (0.21%); the HNX30-Index decreased 2.3 points (-0.45%), to 503.26 points.
