Regarding the discovery of a body in Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area, on June 27, a source from Dan Tri reporter said that the victim’s body was found wrapped in a blanket. No identification papers or valuable assets related to the victim were found at the scene.
The source added that the area where the victim was found and the surrounding area had no cameras, making the investigation difficult.
"We are coordinating with relevant agencies to check all the boarding houses, motels, and hotels in the area to gather information, but so far there have been no results," the source said, adding that the victim is likely from another locality.

Meanwhile, an investigator said the police are working to identify the victim.
"We have sent out information about the identification but have not received any reports yet," said the investigator.
Previously, at 6am on June 1, people coming to the Hoa Hong Street area in Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area (in Ward 4, Da Lat City) were surprised to discover a human leg in the process of decomposition. This dismembered body part included bones from the thigh to the foot.
Upon receiving the news, Lam Dong Provincial Police, Da Lat City Police, Ward 4 Police and other professional units cordoned off the scene, conducted forensic examinations, and investigated the incident.
That same afternoon, authorities found a partially decomposed body. The body was found in a bush 10 meters from Hoa Hong Street, about 500 meters from the scene where the original human leg was found.

According to the police, the victim was a female 20-30 years old, about 1.45m to 1.55m tall, with 50cm long black hair. The victim's upper jaw had 12 white porcelain-covered teeth, the lower jaw had 12 white porcelain-covered teeth, and the lower right tooth number 7 was not covered with porcelain (molar tooth).
The victim was wearing a sheer, white shirt and pants with a red pattern and the word "beautiful" printed in red. The label on the collar had the word "Mona" in black, and the buttons on the body and sleeves were plastic.
Police said the victim was wearing five-sided, stylized diamond-shaped gold-colored metal earrings. The front of the earring has 17 white beads; the back has a straight gold-colored metal frame to be inserted into the earring hole.
