Son Dong Commune conducts general environmental sanitation at martyrs' cemeteries

To practically pay tribute to the heroic martyrs, on the morning of July 19, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son Dong commune, along with socio-political organizations and schools in the commune, simultaneously launched a campaign to clean up Uncle Ho's Memorial House, 5 martyrs' cemeteries, memorial steles, and public places.

This is one of the practical activities, contributing to educating the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering its source" on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), demonstrating the affection, responsibility, and deep concern of the people of Son Dong commune for the Heroes and Martyrs; at the same time, spreading the sense of responsibility of the community in caring for, preserving and promoting the historical and cultural values of the locality.

This activity attracted more than 300 participants, who are members of organizations and associations: Veterans, Women, Farmers, Youth Union, students and people in Son Dong commune.
