The festival is organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation from September 15 to September 18 with the participation of nearly 200 artists with more than 30 performances.
Circus artists Thanh Hoa and Hien Phuoc have brought much glory to circus arts in Ho Chi Minh City.
The results of the 2nd International Circus Festival "Without Borders" Golden Horse in 2023 are as follows: 3 Gold Medals were awarded to the acts "Double Leather Strap" (Russia), "Tumbler" (Russia), "Roller Juggling" (China); 3 Silver Medals to the acts: "Double Leather Strap" (Ho Chi Minh City Southern Arts Theater), "Juggling" (Russia), "Group Swing" (Russia); 3 Bronze Medals to: "Group Pole Climbing" (Kazakhstan), "Acrobatics on Air Cushions" (Russia), "Death Wheel" (Tajikistan).
