Immediately upon admission, specialist doctor Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nga, Deputy Head of the Burn and Orthopedics Department, Children's Hospital 2, and her colleagues performed overnight microsurgical suturing surgery for the child patient.

On October 9, Dr. Nga said that these were complicated wounds, mostly due to children's carelessness during daily activities. In this case, the patient was an older child, the cut surface was clear and the severed finger was carefully preserved, thanks to which, after more than 3 hours, the surgical team successfully sutured the wound.

The sequelae of wounds need to be paid attention to. Most of the wounds are located on the hands and feet of children, with the function of grasping and moving frequently.
