The infected virus did not have the same genetic structure as the virus strain isolated to produce the vaccine.

Hai Duong has injected a total of nearly 1,700 doses of AVAC Vietnam Joint Stock Company’s African swine fever vaccine into 75 pig farms in 8 districts. In Tu Ky district, the veterinary sector has injected 190 experimental doses into 5 farms in the communes of Dai Son, An Thanh and Van To. The farm in Van To commune is the only case where there was a problem during vaccination.
