When Sarah posts photos with her daughter, fans often comment on how similar they look. They both have oval faces, similar eyebrow shapes, skin tones, and temperaments.

To maintain her youthful appearance, Sarah follows a strict skin care routine. Her smooth, flawless skin is the result of daily application of moisturizer and sunscreen. Her favorite anti-aging exercises include dancing, pilates and gym.

According to experts, dancing improves cardiovascular, vestibular, and core health. "Everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs, and regular exercises like running and cycling impact the longitudinal axis of the body. But dancing works from all sides, including the upper and lower body, and it conditions the muscles, meaning no muscle is left behind," explains professional dancer Jonathan Tylicki, director of education at AKT.

Pilates is an effective form of exercise to help lose weight and prevent aging. As we age, our bodies become less flexible and agile. This is a normal process of aging. Pilates, on the other hand, focuses on stretching, which means that muscle groups increase in temperature and blood supply during exercise.

Pilates also helps improve posture, especially in cases of difficult-to-correct spinal injuries. The exercises help strengthen core muscles such as the lower back, hips, pelvic muscles, and abdominal muscles.

This practice also promotes circulation, increases blood flow, thereby stimulating cell growth, enhancing organ function and making the skin healthier. When circulation is poor, the elderly often experience problems such as swollen feet and ankles, cramps, pain and a feeling of heaviness in the feet.
