This is one of the main contents taking place at the 25th Session (Special Session), Bac Kan Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026, taking place on February 21.
The Provincial People's Council has dismissed the members of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021 - 2026, for Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Dinh Huynh, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Le Van Hoi, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Hoang Thi Hang, Director of the Department of Finance due to retirement.
Ms. Trieu Thi Thu Phuong, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Diep, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy, Director of the Department of Construction were dismissed to take on other duties.
At the meeting, delegates of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Council discussed and unanimously approved the following resolutions: Resolution on the establishment and reorganization of provincial-level professional agencies; Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 76/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council deciding on the payroll of civil servants, approving the total number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in the province in 2025; Resolution adjusting the regular budget expenditure estimates of a number of provincial-level units due to the reorganization of the apparatus in 2025.
Resolution approving the policy of converting forest use to other purposes to implement projects and works in 2025 in the province. Resolution establishing a delegation to supervise the implementation of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021 - 2025 in the province.
