Bamboo Airways has just announced that Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh will hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) for the 2023-2028 term.
Four days after holding an extraordinary meeting on personnel, the airline announced the above information. Previously, in an extraordinary meeting on July 5, two members of the Bamboo Airways Board of Directors were dismissed, while Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh and Mr. Vuong Cong Duc were elected to the Board of Directors.
The General Meeting of Shareholders unanimously elected Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Vinh will replace the role held by Mr. Phan Dinh Tue for nearly 1.5 years. Previously, Mr. Tue submitted a resignation letter to focus on more important tasks.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh, born in 1970, is introduced to have more than 25 years of experience in the field of investment and real estate business, holding senior leadership positions in many enterprises. He also previously advised the Board of Directors of this airline.

Thus, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Airways for the 2023-2028 term consists of 5 members: Chairman Pham Ngoc Vinh, Permanent Vice Chairman Le Thai Sam, Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Trong and two members, Mr. Vuong Cong Duc and Mr. Le Ba Nguyen.
Bamboo Airways said that the completion of the Board of Directors is an important step in the process of perfecting the management apparatus, continuing the journey of comprehensive restructuring of the airline to increase operational capacity, strengthen financial potential and prepare for a new growth cycle.
