Each house has an area of 70m2 or more depending on the land area of the people. The house has a steel frame, corrugated iron roof and walls, and tiled floors. In addition to the support of 80 million VND from the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, each house receives an additional 20 to 40 million VND from the people to complete the house.
It is known that in the program: "Warm Border Spring for the People" in 2024, Giang Thanh border district was considered for support of 10 houses, up to now, 8 houses have been completed, the remaining 2 houses will be monitored and urged by the locality and the Border Guard station to be completed soon, with good quality to hand over to the people.
