Today, April 4, the Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Quang Tri province held a conference to hand over the position of deputy political commissar of the Border Guard. Colonel Dinh Xuan Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the provincial Border Guard chaired the conference.
Accordingly, implementing the decision of the Minister of National Defense , Colonel Ngo Xuan Thuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, was granted retirement according to the regime and appointed Lieutenant Colonel Ho Phu Vinh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Dinh Xuan Hung, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard acknowledged the contributions and dedication of Colonel Ngo Xuan Thuong, along with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command, who focused on leading and directing the unit to synchronously and comprehensively implement measures and solutions to build a disciplined, comprehensively strong unit and build a clean and strong Party organization.
