It is expected that 13 hot air balloons of all kinds will participate in this event, including 3 giant colorful hot air balloons, 6 level 1 hot air balloons and some ground balloons.
The art program "Green Cat Ba 2024" and the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Cat Hai, the opening of Cat Ba tourism in 2024 will be held on the evening of March 31, 2024 at the Cat Ba Tourism Center Stage.
