This is the 6th year that Ha Tinh province has organized the Journalism Award on Party Building. Compared to last year, the number of entries this year is greater, diverse in genre, rich in topics, vivid and attractive in form of expression.
Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung and Director of the Department of Information and Communications Dau Tung Lam chaired the conference.
In addition to the quantity and form of expression, the quality of the works has been improved, consistent in genre, and has depth in content. The works have reflected a panoramic picture of the Party building work and the political system of the province and the country. Topics of current events, of public interest, have also been reflected by the authors in an objective, comprehensive and vivid manner.
After the preliminary round, 125 works entered the provincial final round. The jury selected and decided to award prizes to 27 works, including 2 A prizes, 6 B prizes, 8 C prizes, and 11 consolation prizes. The 3-part series: "Keeping the oath of a Party member" by the group of authors Ba Quynh - Tran Phong (Journalist and Public Opinion newspaper) was awarded the consolation prize by the Organizing Committee.
The organizing committee awarded prizes to the winning individuals and groups of authors.
Also at the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the results and awarded outstanding collectives and individuals in participating in the 3rd Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2023; Awards for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in the first phase, 2021 - 2023.
The "Golden Hammer and Sickle" Press Award Ceremony is a meaningful activity, continuing to affirm the important role of the press in propaganda work on Party building, creating more attention from cadres, party members and the whole society for the work of Party building and building the political system of Ha Tinh province.
