On October 11, the Politburo reviewed and disciplined party organizations and party members who committed violations and shortcomings. After considering the proposal of the Central Inspection Commission , the Politburo found that:
The Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term violated the principle of democratic centralism, Party regulations, and working regulations.
Lack of responsibility in leadership, direction, inspection and supervision led to the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals seriously violating Party regulations and State laws in organizing the implementation of construction package No. 4, Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project implemented by Thuan An Group Joint Stock Company; a number of cadres and party members, including key cadres of the province, violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example.

Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of violations by the above-mentioned Party organizations and Party members, according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party organizations and Party members, the Politburo decided to issue a warning to the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term, the Standing Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term, the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh and Mr. Chau Van Lam.
Reprimand the Standing Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
Propose that the Party Central Committee consider and discipline Mr. Ngo Duc Vuong and Mr. Nguyen Doan Khanh, but not yet consider disciplining Mr. Hoang Dan Mac due to his serious illness.
Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
