In the context of complicated traffic situations in many large cities, monitoring and handling traffic violations through the system of cameras issuing fines has become an important tool, helping to reduce pressure on authorities and raise people's awareness of law compliance.

Recently, the Ministry of Public Security has announced a draft national standard on the system for command, control, monitoring and handling of traffic order and safety violations, including a notable point: The camera for issuing fines must be able to clearly and accurately identify license plates.

The function of the cold fine camera must recognize the license plates of vehicles to detect violations and prevent crimes on the route.

According to the proposal, off-the-line fine cameras will have to meet vehicle license plate recognition standards to ensure effectiveness in detecting and handling violations.

Data from the camera, including vehicle images and license plate information, will be transmitted to the monitoring center with clear image quality, helping to better support crime prevention on traffic routes and handling violations.

The introduction of this standard not only improves the ability to detect violations but also helps improve the handling process, avoiding errors due to unclear data. A representative of the Ministry of Public Security said that accurately identifying license plates will help handle violations more transparently and clearly, and is an important step forward in modernizing traffic monitoring infrastructure.

The system of cameras for issuing fines has proven effective in reducing traffic violations in many major cities. However, unclear license plate images have caused many difficulties for authorities in handling violations accurately. With the new standard, the Ministry of Public Security hopes to overcome this situation, ensuring that all violations are detected and handled promptly.

In addition, camera systems with license plate recognition features also help prevent crime, enhance surveillance and security on roads, and contribute to maintaining social order and safety.

Technical requirements: Must comply with the general technical requirements specified in the following table:
