The adventurous girl Hilda series comes to Vietnam

Dong A Books has just collaborated with Dan Tri Publishing House to launch the famous Hilda series by writer and artist Luke Pearson. The series takes children on exciting adventures, exploring a mysterious world with a girl named Hilda, filled with magical creatures inspired by Scandinavian folklore.

The Hilda series consists of six books: Hilda and the Stone Devil , Hilda and the Midnight Giant , Hilda and the Bird Parade , Hilda and the Black Hound , Hilda and the Stone Forest and Hilda and the Mountain King .

First released in 2010, Hilda has made a big splash around the world, loved by many readers in countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Sweden... By 2018, Hilda was adapted into a popular animated series on Netflix.

The main character of the series is Hilda, an 11-year-old adventurer with distinctive blue hair, a smart, brave and freedom-loving girl. Since childhood, Hilda has lived with her mother in a valley, surrounded by dense forests and magical nature. She has a trustworthy companion, the fox deer Twig, and a lonely wooden neighbor. Every day of Hilda's life is new and exciting: camping, painting, meeting scary stone demons, mysterious giants, helping the trolls...

Then one day, Hilda finds her world turned upside down when she has to leave her hometown to live in the bustling city of Trolberg. But with her mischievousness and kindness, she makes new friends, joins the Sparrow Scouts and never stops adventuring.
