According to information from the Organizing Committee, Hai Duong has 2 contestants who entered the final round of the competition. However, one contestant withdrew due to health reasons. Currently, Hai Duong has only one representative, contestant Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, born in 1998, in Hai Duong City. She is a former student of the English major class at Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted ( Hai Duong ).

The Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 contest was announced to launch in April 2024. After 2 months, 300 contestants submitted their applications. After 2 preliminary and semi-final rounds, the Organizing Committee selected the 40 best contestants to move on to the final round.

To reach this stage, the representative of Hai Duong has gradually asserted himself and made many impressions. Within the framework of the activities of the final round, in the Vietnam Fashion Tour competition night on the evening of July 12, Ngoc Quynh was excellently selected into the Top 5 best nominees for the category "Fashion Beauty - Vietnam Fashion Tour".

Currently, Ngoc Quynh and the contestants participating in the final round are participating in many experiential activities and sightseeing to promote tourist attractions in Quang Ninh.

In the final night, 40 contestants will perform in ao dai, swimsuits, evening gowns; and compete in a Top 5 behavioral competition to select the Miss and Runner-up of the contest.

The contestant crowned Miss will receive a crown worth 5 billion VND and a prize of 300 million VND, along with many valuable prizes.
