Ms. Nguyen Thu Huong was born into a family of 9 children in the rural area of Tuyen Quang . A traffic accident suddenly happened and took away one of her legs. Her children were still very young at that time so she had to quickly find a way to return to life to make a living.

With her determination and love for life, Ms. Huong started her life as a disabled person with a wooden leg. From her job selling groceries, she tried to learn and develop online sales to support her family.

Coming to the program “Love Station”, Ms. Huong performed a part of the song “Let the wind take you away” by musician Trinh Cong Son, instead of introducing herself to everyone – a strong, optimistic woman, and always living for everyone.

Not only did she pave the way for herself, she also opened the “door” for people in similar situations to step towards a brighter future. In 2023, with the help of the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Tuyen Quang Province, Ms. Huong founded the Tuyen Quang Aspiration Club, which now has 48 members who are people with disabilities aged 22-60. The club has contributed to connecting people with disabilities, helping many people to have jobs, find confidence and meaning in life.

In the program “Love Station”, Ms. Huong also has her husband Mr. Quan, who has always accompanied her throughout her journey from treatment, rehabilitation, livelihood, to community activities. He and his family are the spiritual support that helps Ms. Huong stay steadfast on every path despite many difficulties and challenges.

On the stage of "Love Station", Mr. Quan brought sunflowers to give to his wife, as a word of encouragement for his partner to continue to be strong, optimistic and grow up, like sunflowers facing the sun.

Ms. Huong's story is also an inspirational story about love, will to live and the desire to spread positive values and energy to the community.
