ANTD.VN - The stock market ended a two-session decline, with most stock groups increasing, especially industrial real estate stocks, which were trading very actively on the day Donald Trump won the US presidential election.
Previously, global stock markets had reacted positively to Mr. Trump’s election victory. Today, especially this afternoon Vietnam time, Asian stock markets did not miss the opportunity.
Domestically, positive reactions were also widespread, ending the previous series of deep declines. The VN-Index regained green, with a fairly good increase in the morning session.
Most industry groups increased points, of which the banking group mostly increased by more than 1%.
Real estate stocks are differentiated, in which industrial park real estate codes are the focus, especially KBC of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation.

Stocks increased strongly today |
In the morning session, KBC increased by 5.7% with the highest liquidity in the market, matching orders reaching 12.4 million shares.
The sharp increase in price and liquidity at KBC is thanks to many important supporting information. Specifically, recently, Shunsin Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. - a member of Foxconn - has sent a report to the Ministry of Planning and Investment stating a plan to disburse up to 80 million USD to invest in a chip manufacturing factory project in Bac Giang .
If approved by the authorities, this factory will be built in Quang Chau Industrial Park (Bac Giang), on land leased from Saigon - Bac Giang Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation.
At the end of the morning session, VN-Index increased by 8.93 points (+0.72%) to 1,254.69 points. The VN30 group also competed to improve with 26 stocks increasing, only 2 stocks decreasing and 2 stocks remaining unchanged.
This morning, the HNX-Index also increased by 1.66 points (+0.74%) to 226.51 points. The UPCoM-Index increased by 0.27 points (+0.3%), to 92.18 points.
However, liquidity is still the "bottleneck" of the market when the matched order value in the morning session only reached more than 6 trillion VND.
In the afternoon session, the market became more excited as Mr. Trump got closer to the US President's seat. Industrial real estate stocks started to "burst" purple, in addition to KBC, there were also SZC, SIP... Some other small real estate stocks also hit the ceiling, such as VGC, QCG, LDG...
The banking group's growth spread, no stocks decreased in price. The same is true for securities, steel, energy, consumer goods, etc. The rare stocks that decreased in price are pharmaceuticals - biology, hardware, semiconductors, etc.
At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 15.52 points (1.25%) to 1,261.28 points; HNX-Index increased by 2.91 points (1.29%) to 227.76 points; UPCoM-Index increased by 0.8 points (0.87%) to 92.71 points.
Liquidity improved in the afternoon session with trading volume increasing to nearly VND16,000 billion. Foreign investors net sold more than VND450 billion.
