On the evening of September 15, at October 14 Square, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized an art program to welcome the 24th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028. Attending the event was comrade Pham Dong Thuy, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

In an exciting and cheerful atmosphere, nearly 200 union members and workers from industry unions and district and city labor federations brought the audience many unique and elaborately staged artistic performances praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country; praising production labor and achievements in the cause of national construction and innovation... The program also featured singers who are widely admired by the audience such as Trong Tan and Linh Chi.
The program is not only a practical activity to welcome the 24th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028, but also contributes to promoting the cultural and artistic movement in all levels of trade unions, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among union members, workers and employees.
