In the 59th minute, from a corner kick on the right wing, Pham Hoai Duong headed the ball to raise the score to 2-1. In the 64th minute , from a similar situation, Mpande scored the final goal, sealing a 3-1 victory for the port city team.
With this result, Hai Phong Club rose to 4th place on the V-League rankings with 11 points, while Khanh Hoa Club ranked 12th with 3 points.
