On the afternoon of August 27, Thanh Hoa Club ended V-League 2023 with a dramatic 1-1 draw at the Hanoi Police (CAHN) stadium.
Thanh Hoa Club had an impressive 2023 season.
With this result, Thanh Hoa finished in 4th place in V-League 2023 with 31 points after 20 matches.
Although they did not win the championship, the Thanh team still set a record that no other Vietnamese team has achieved.
Specifically, this season Thanh Hoa has played 9 away matches with 3 wins (Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh, Hai Phong ) and 6 draws.
In these 9 matches, coach Popov's team scored 10 goals, conceded 5 goals, and won 15/27 maximum points.
However, Thanh Hoa's home record is not good as they lost 5, won 5 and drew 1.
In the 2023 season, Thanh Hoa played very impressively when continuously appearing in the championship race.
