Police have identified a group of wheelies in Thu Thiem urban area.

On November 7, Thu Duc City Police (HCMC) coordinated with relevant units to identify the group of people involved in the wheelie clip in Thu Thiem urban area, Thu Thiem ward, Thu Duc city that caused a stir in public opinion.

According to the police, the group of people in the clip includes: Duong Quoc Cuong (32 years old, living in Binh Thuan province), Hoang Anh Trung (20 years old, living in Dong Nai province) and Nguyen Thanh Xuan Truong (23 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City). The police are working with the above group to investigate the act of disturbing public order.

After a Facebook account named "Cuong Hao Thien" posted many clips recording images of a group of young men without helmets, carrying three people on a motorbike, performing dangerous actions such as wheelies, letting their hands hang loose while riding on one wheel, causing a stir in public opinion, the authorities stepped in to verify.

Through verification, one of the areas where the group of young people performed was located in the Dai Quang Minh project area, Tran Bach Dang street, Thu Thiem ward, Thu Duc city. Among the motorbikes appearing in the clip, there was one with a license plate from Binh Duong province.

Previously, as Dan Tri reported, on November 5, social networks spread a clip recording the scene of a young man riding a motorbike without a helmet, carrying a girl sitting with her back turned, and performing wheelies, causing outrage among netizens.

The area where the young man was riding is also the place where female model Ngoc Trinh performed dangerous moves such as sitting with both legs to one side, spreading both arms while driving at high speed… which was just handled by the police. The police are continuing to investigate and handle the case in accordance with the law.
