The project land area is 402,157.04m², of which the tourism service land area ( tourist villa land, resort service land, hotel land, square land, commercial service construction land, swimming pool land) is 144,483.76m², the green land area is 153,357.64m², the traffic and technical infrastructure land area (traffic land, technical infrastructure land, parking lot land) is 55,864.11m², the beach and water surface land area is 48,451.53m².
The project's objective is to invest in a tourist area according to the approved planning, including tourist villas, hotels, resort service facilities, commercial service facilities (restaurants, souvenir shops, karaoke, general business) for sale, lease, lease-purchase and other business activities according to regulations in order to meet the accommodation, resort, entertainment and recreation needs of tourists. The form of land use is that the State leases land and collects land rent once for the entire lease term through the form of land use rights auction.

Binh Dinh province has had many policies related to calling for and attracting investment, creating conditions for investors with enough capacity and experience to invest in the area to develop in accordance with the directions of the Provincial People's Council in different periods...
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Finance, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial Tax Department and relevant agencies and units to organize the collection and payment of financial obligations as prescribed to the State budget; carry out the next steps in accordance with current legal regulations. At the same time, assign the Economic Zone Management Board, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Construction and relevant agencies and units to guide and urge Phu Gia Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the project according to regulations, ensuring the progress as prescribed.
