Signs are installed in main canal areas, along traffic routes or near residential areas with a density of 1 sign/commune.

The signboards provide information on prohibited acts to protect irrigation works such as leveling, encroachment, building docks, sand dredging, illegal construction, dumping waste, and discharging polluted water. At the same time, visual propaganda is provided so that organizations and individuals can understand the scope of protection of Bac Hung Hai irrigation works.

The unit also provides hotline numbers and Zalo so that people can promptly report violations and incidents arising on the system.

In addition to installing visual propaganda signs, Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd. also coordinated with local authorities to organize the signing of commitments not to commit violations of irrigation works for 6,860 households and businesses living and operating near the canals.

The Bac Hung Hai irrigation system runs through Hai Duong and covers 7 localities, including Hai Duong city, Binh Giang, Cam Giang, Gia Loc, Ninh Giang, Thanh Mien, and Tu Ky districts. The main canals in the province are Kim Son, Dinh Dao, Cuu An, Trang Ky, and Tay Ke Sat, with a total length of more than 167 km.
