Mr. Vo Khanh Hung, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, has just signed a decision to revoke the indefinite automobile transport business license of Thanh Buoi Company Limited. The decision takes effect from November 13.
The revocation of the indefinite automobile transport business license for this company is based on the provisions of Point a, Clause 6, Article 19 of Decree 10 of the Government regulating the business and conditions for automobile transport business. Thanh Buoi Company provided a copy that was not true to the original or provided incorrect information in the application for a business license.

Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport had concluded on administrative sanctions after working with Thanh Buoi Company Limited. The list of violations included 8 contents: not following the correct procedures to ensure traffic safety according to regulations; not following the regulations on picking up and dropping off passengers at the head office, branch office, and representative office.
Violations of having a department to manage and monitor traffic safety conditions but this department does not fully perform the tasks as prescribed; establishing but not fully and accurately updating vehicle records and driver records as prescribed; organizing health check-ups for drivers but not fully including the contents as prescribed.
In the use of passenger transport business vehicles under contract, tourist transport business vehicles, Thanh Buoi Company has a transportation contract (travel contract), passenger list but does not ensure the requirements according to regulations; at the same time, on the vehicle there is no transportation contract (travel contract), passenger list attached.
For all of the above violations, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport proposed to fine Thanh Buoi Company 90 million VND.
In addition, there are 2 acts that apply the additional penalty of Suspension of the right to use the Transport Business License for 1-3 months.
