Currently, Signature has 2 branches in the city center with 200 rooms. Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh, CEO of M Village, shared: Signature means signature, and signature is not duplicated. The biggest difference is that each branch will be attached to the architecture and culture right in that area and guests staying will have the most authentic and interesting experience.

A new accommodation model aimed at young people

After leaving The Coffee House, in May 2021, Mr. Ninh restarted his business with the M Village project, with two main models: serviced apartments (co-living) and short-stay. Despite going through more than a year of turmoil due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, M Village still showed its effectiveness when expanding 16 new branches in central districts in 2022, with a room occupancy rate of up to over 90%. M Village also recorded positive signs when reaching more than 50% of customers renewing and returning to use the service; at the same time, receiving high ratings on online booking platforms.

In the context of the still difficult economy , tourism has not really recovered as expected by many people, so the launch of a high-end hotel project surprised many people. Explaining this, Mr. Ninh said: The needs and tastes of consumers are changing, especially young people. They were born and raised in the era of booming technology, have flexible lifestyles, like to look for new, unique and cost-optimized accommodation services to have valuable experiences. Therefore, the company wants to "redefine" trips where you do not just travel here and there simply or are limited to available amenities but have the most vivid experiences.
